Terms of Service

Last updated: May 3, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Shiprr and what you can expect from the platform.

1. Agreement#

By creating an account or using Shiprr, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. The service#

Shiprr provides source-based application hosting, builds, deployment, routing, custom domains, access controls, and usage-based billing. We may improve or update features over time.

3. Accounts and workspaces#

You are responsible for keeping your account, workspace memberships, sessions, and issued credentials safe. If you believe your account or workspace access was exposed, contact us so we can help.

4. Customer content#

You retain ownership of your code, configuration, application data, and content. Shiprr only needs the permission required to build, run, route, meter, store, and secure your apps and related deployment artifacts for the service.

5. Billing#

Shiprr charges for usage such as runtime CPU, memory, egress, and build minutes according to the pricing page and dashboard billing records. Payments may be handled by a billing provider such as Stripe. Shiprr stores wallet activity, invoices, and provider references needed to keep billing records accurate.

6. Acceptable use#

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. If an app creates a security, reliability, or billing issue, we may limit it while we review and resolve the issue.

7. Availability and changes#

We work to keep Shiprr reliable and publish platform status separately. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or user app problems can still affect availability.

8. Termination#

You may stop using Shiprr at any time. We may restrict or close access for unpaid balances, policy violations, or security issues, and we try to notify affected users when practical.

Account deletion is available from the dashboard after apps are removed and workspace ownership or billing blockers are resolved. Deleting a workspace requires owner access, no remaining apps in that workspace, and at least one other workspace on the account.

9. Privacy#

The Privacy Policy explains how Shiprr handles personal data. For EU/UK data protection topics, see GDPR.

10. Contact#

Contact [email protected] for questions about these terms.
