Roles#

For account, billing, support, security, and platform administration data, Shiprr decides how that data is used to operate the service. For customer application content, Shiprr processes it according to the workspace configuration used to host and run the app.

Legal bases#

We process personal data to provide the service, manage accounts and billing, protect the platform, respond to support requests, meet legal requirements, and honor consent where it applies.

Data subject requests#

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection where those rights apply. Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to confirm the request belongs to the right account or workspace.

Users can also delete their account from the dashboard after deleting apps and resolving workspace ownership or billing blockers. Account deletion removes active account access and personal profile data from the active account, while records needed for billing, security, legal, or platform integrity may be retained where permitted.

International transfers#

Shiprr uses providers that may process data in more than one country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Subprocessors#

Shiprr uses providers for infrastructure, email, authentication, payments, monitoring, and support. Contact us for current provider information if you need it for a data protection review.
