Refund Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
Shiprr uses prepaid wallet billing and provides welcome credits so new users can try the platform before adding funds.
1. Overview#
Wallet top-ups add EUR account balance that can be used for application runtime, builds, bandwidth, and other metered platform usage shown in the dashboard.
2. Refunds are generally not available#
Wallet top-ups are generally not refundable. Shiprr provides welcome credits so you can test the platform, review whether it fits your use case, and decide before making a payment.
3. Exceptions#
We may review refund requests in limited cases, such as duplicate payments, mistaken payments, or billing errors caused by the platform. If a refund exception is approved, payment provider fees, card network fees, taxes, or other unrecovered transaction costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Usage that has already happened#
Charges for usage that has already been consumed are not refundable. If a platform incident or billing calculation issue created an incorrect charge, we will correct the wallet ledger or review an appropriate refund exception.
5. Credits and promotions#
Welcome credits, promotional credits, referral credits, or other free credits are not refundable, transferable, or withdrawable as cash.
6. How approved refunds are sent#
Approved refund exceptions are usually sent back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Provider processing times and card network timing may affect when the refund appears.
7. Requesting a review#
Email [email protected] with your account email, payment date, amount, and the reason for the request. We may ask for extra verification before reviewing billing records or approving any exception.
8. Chargebacks#
Contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue faster. Active chargebacks may temporarily restrict billing actions while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
9. Contact#
Contact [email protected] for questions about refunds or billing records.
