  • Workspace details such as organization names, members, roles, and invitations.
  • Git connection details such as repository names, branches, commit metadata, and webhook events needed for builds and deploys.
  • App operation details such as configuration, domains, access rules, environment variable names, logs, health checks, and usage metrics.
  • Billing details such as wallet activity, invoices, affiliate records, and payment-provider references.
  • Request metadata such as IP address, session metadata, audit events, errors, and diagnostics used for security and troubleshooting.

  • Provide, secure, monitor, and improve Shiprr.
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • Build and deploy applications according to user configuration.
  • Process billing, wallet activity, affiliate attribution, billing integrity checks, and account notices.
  • Send transactional emails such as verification, recovery, welcome, billing, deployment, affiliate, and support messages.

Cookies and similar storage#

Shiprr uses cookies or local storage for authentication, security, workspace and login preferences, and referral attribution. We do not use these for third-party advertising on the platform.

Sharing#

We use trusted service providers for infrastructure, email, authentication, payments, monitoring, and support. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. We may also respond to legal requests that we are required to honor.

Retention#

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing and security records, meet legal requirements, and resolve support or account issues.

When an account is deleted, Shiprr removes sign-in access, active sessions, Git connections, workspace access, and personal profile fields from the active account. Billing records, wallet activity, usage history, and audit records may be retained where needed for accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and platform integrity.

Security#

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, credentials, and workspace access. Users should also keep their own secrets, passwords, and connected accounts protected.

Your choices#

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of personal data. See GDPR for EU/UK requests.
